I turned in the Philosophy assignment yesterday, I got a 6 on the Math test, and a 7 on the Chemistry test. Also making me feel happy is the fact that this is the last week before the fall break, and that we’re having a Halloween party on Thursday. I’m going to be a mine and/or an evil clown.

Edit: In IB, we’re graded on a scale 1 – 7, with 7 being the best.

The philosophical dialog I mentioned in my last post is due on Monday. I have written 100 words. Only 900 to go. Which would be totally manageable if this would be a normal weekend. But it’s not. There is so much else happening this weekend that I don’t know how I’m going to make it. Oh, well. Who needs sleep anyway?

I love Veronica Mars. It’s the best show ever. If you are not watching – what the hell are you waiting for?

I’ve been unusually busy these last couple of weeks. We are working like crazy to finish the yearbook. Three people making a yearbook for 1 100 students. Yikes. It’s a lot of work, to say the least. The most annoying thing is when people turn in their material late, or even worse – not at all. Then we have to fill all the white space with something funny, a task that gets really hard after a while.

School is killing me (a mild exaggeration). There’s always at least two books I have to read, and I never have time to read books I choose to read myself anylonger. And everything is so damn deep and complicated. I’m tired of over-analyzing everything. Next week, I have to write a philosophical dialog. 1 000 words. I do not look forward to it.

I think I’m going to bed now. My accumulated tiredness from this and last week is kicking in.

As you can see, there’s a new layout. I was really tired of the old one, and then I found this free theme on nuwen.com and it was not a hard choice whether to use it or not. Making WordPress themes is very time-consuming, so I like pre-maid ones. On the other hand, you lose your originality. There are lots of other blogs out there with the same theme as I. As soon as I get time (probably sometime next year), I will make my own one.

Yesterday… What a night! We got drunk, and I accidentally somehow managed to knock a shelf down. Luckily, only one decoration broke in the fall. The very heavy shelf was dangerously close to hit my friend Ylva in the head, but she was nearly passed out so she didn’t notice. During all this, I also managed to spill my drink in my neck. How that happened, I don’t know. All I know is that my neck was very sticky for the rest of the night. There were lots of embarrassing pictures taken, some of them featuring my friend Malin and I kissing. As if there weren’t enough rumours about us already.

The rest of my family is watching a soccer game on TV. I hate soccer.

The new season of Veronica Mars rocks. This show has it all, except good ratings. So please, watch it. Wednesdays @ 9pm on UPN. Season two of Lost is also very good, we’re finally getting some much-needed answers. It’s on at the same time as Veronica Mars, so VCR/TiVo it. I’m also very happy that The O.C. is back on track. Season two was not nearly as good as the first one, but the third is a huge improvement. Another one of my favorite shows, Desperate Housewives, is as juicy as aways, and packed with drama. So, now you know what to watch.

I should blog more often, I know. I don’t know why I don’t. This ugly layout is probably why I don’t do it. I need a new one soon, very soon.
